Responsibilities

  • Competent professional with over 8-10 years of rich & extensive experience in Recruiting, Temp Staffing & Business Management.
  • Strong expertise in Head Hunting, Candidate Management, and other Talent Acquisition Methodologies.
  • Proven expertise in building and managing large scale Recruiting & Staffing Operations.
  • Ability to meet Revenue targets & Profit targets consistently .
  • Assigning client’s requirements immediately as soon as they are released from the clients.
  • Thorough understanding of the entire lifecycle of Recruitment process, with proven working knowledge in client correspondence and business processing.
  • People management and leadership (Recruitment / Selection / Training & Development / Coaching / Conflict Management / Performance Management).
  • Experienced in implementing the right processes in a Talent and staffing company, which translates to database creation, future references and seamless process for management and reporting.
  • Skilled & Committed Workforce and Adaptive Technology with right execution is the key to success in the business today.
  • Maintain Daily / Weekly/ Monthly & Quarterly Performance reports for the clients.
  • Proactively researching and investigating new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies, followed by Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Passive/Active sourcing : Develop and execute passive sourcing strategies on LinkedIn and other major sourcing channels & build a predictive pipeline of strong candidates

  • Problem Solving & Decision Making Skills.
  • Should be an excellent team player and people manager and possesses experience in handling team of 10-15 recruiters.
  • Excellent networking, documentation, database management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills (Analyzing referrals / Creative thinking).
  • Personal Attributes: Must be highly motivated, determined, and goal-oriented.
  • Strong network & relationship building capabilities.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening and presentation).
  • Must have good experience in using LinkedIn / Job portals efficiently.
  • Leadership skills / Team Management skills.
