Job Description

Orcapod has a substantial presence in the Generic & IT recruitment and Staffing business. We have a large number of prestigious clients in the IT Professional Services Staffing business. We are looking for an experienced Sales and Business Management professional from IT Professional Services Staffing industry catering to Top Class client base. You need to be someone passionate about winning new clients and key account management most important of all. A Passion to build and Grow a Business is mandatory.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experience sales professional from recruitment and staffing industry, preferably catering to IT client base. You need to be someone passionate about winning new clients and account management.

  • Responsible for Sales & New Client acquisition which involves mapping the market, pitching, contract negotiation and sign up.
  • Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
  • Coordination with Fulfillment team, which includes allocating & tracking demands and driving teams for closures.
  • Meeting up regularly with Strategic Heads/Business Heads/CXO levels of various companies to get insights on their HR plans and provide staffing solutions accordingly
  • Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through cold calling.
  • Responsible for contract staffing term negotiations, agreements successful on boarding of the client with smooth deliverable to achieve revenue targets.
  • This is a mid level position in the company and will be the key to the success of the business.
  • Should be capable of handling client escalations effectively and promptly.

Skills/Experience

  • Good Oral and Written Communication Skills.
  • IT Contract staffing experience is a must.
  • Job focused and goal oriented with good professional communicating skills & Should be a empathetic listener.
  • Strong people skills, assertive and ability to lead a team of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated sales experience in recruitment and contract staffing of IT Skills.
  • Expected experience of 8 – 15 Years.
  • Should be passionate about sales & have the drive to chase numbers.
  • Must possess a flair for market research, gathering market intelligence & marketing activities.
