Orcapod|Webinar

Orcapod and Shine together brought us an exclusive webinar on “Future of Hiring process – Physical or Virtual”

To restrict the spread of Covid-19, new rules were introduced. To continue hiring, companies had no choice but to change their hiring process so that they came in sync with the new social distancing norms.
Earlier, the candidates were called to offices and face to face interviews were conducted. The interviewer then used to judge their personality, their attitude, behavior, knowledge and a lot of other things which were combined to decide whether the candidate will be selected or not.

In this webinar, the panelists discussed what the companies will choose going forward. Will they continue hiring virtually only or they will switch back to physical hiring? Or, can there be a mix of both? Besides this, they will also be discussing if the factors like vaccination drive and resistance of traveling create an impact on the decisions and if yes, how important will these factors be in the decision.
