Job Description

Orcapod has a substantial presence in the Generic & IT recruitment and Staffing business. We have a large number of prestigious clients in the Generic/Non-IT Professional Services Staffing business. We are looking for an experienced Sales and Business Management professional from Generic/Non-IT Professional Services Staffing industry catering to Top Class client base. You need to be someone passionate about winning new clients and key account management most important of all. A Passion to build and Grow a Business is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire prestigious and quality clients in the Generic/Non-IT space and grow the business.
  • Engage with departmental heads for business and operations – CEO/Head HR/ Vendor Procurement managers.
  • To achieve the sales / revenue target from new and existing clients.
  • To create / maintain excellent relationships with clients and with the specified persons and be able to tailor pitch the service according to their specifications.
  • Responsible for Sales & New Client acquisition which involves mapping the market, pitching, contract negotiation and sign up.
  • Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through cold calling.
  • Ability to coordinate with the delivery officials to understand and ensure the staffing needs of the valuable accounts, as well as ability to maintain harmonious client relationships.
  • Maintaining and ensuring the retention of existing accounts by adding up new opportunities into them, in order to increase the revenue from the existing clients.
  • Coordinate with the Delivery Managers to ensure the IT staffing needs of the accounts are addressed & at the same time maintaining the client relations
  • Identify client business needs and business challenges, forecast requirements, and work on customized service solutions.

Skills/Experience

  • Demonstrated and successful Sales and business experience in Generic/Non-IT Professional Services staffing for prestigious clients
  • Expected experience of 4 – 8 Years in Staffing/ Recruiting industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong people skills, assertive and ability to lead a team of internal and external stakeholders
  • Should have good amount of experience working in established and good quality organizations
  • Established strong alliances and partnerships with clients and key account representatives through various modes of networking
  • Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in high pressure environment, multi tasking, and self motivated.
  • Skilled in managing and nurturing relationship at mid to senior level, and have strong negotiation skills.
