Responsibilities
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
- Generate new leads and set appointments for the Business Development Managers, within defined territory, for specific lines of business, through telemarketing.
- Works closely with Business Development Managers to qualify prospects, coordinate meetings, and drive new opportunities.
- Clearly and effectively communicates Orcapods services to prospects.
- Strives to meet or exceed prospecting goals on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

- This position will play a crucial role in creating, implementing, and reinforcing best practices and procedures to make lead generation discipline and the Sales/Account team successful.
- Working with sales team when closing sale.
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
- Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales.
Skills/Experience
- Minimum 2+ years experience into Inside Sales / Lead Generation.
- Good experience in B2B Sales.
- Experience in selling into Indian markets.
- Good phone and email communication skills.
- Ability to talk to Managers and CXO level executives.
- Self-Motivated, Quick Learner with interest in technology solution sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
