Responsibilities
- Competent professional with over 6-9 years of rich experience in Recruiting, Temp Staffing
- Candidate should be working as a TL.
- Proven expertise in building and managing large scale Recruiting & Staffing Operations.
- Supervise and Guide the team effectively .
- Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates
- Ability to handle footfall on regular basis
- Enforce new sourcing methods to find good candidates

- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
