New Year, Renewed hope,New opportunities.

The year 2020 is finally over and the new year has brought with it a surge of fresh hope with positive news all around about the COVID-19 vaccine, economic recovery and new job opportunities.

Our first newsletter for the new year reflects our own positive outlook towards upcoming employment trends. The past year has altered the work dynamics across industries and given a push to remote working structures. Work from home has become the new normal as employees balance their personal and professional space within the confines of their homes. In 2021, we hope to find better employment structures as companies develop a better understanding of the dynamics of remote employment and how to improve productivity while leveraging technology for communication. Here’s wishing you a Happy New Year with the common hope for good health, humour and fortune in the coming days.
