A management graduate from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, Tarunesh is the Managing Principal and leads the business operations at Orcapod. He facilitates to set and evolve the strategic direction for Orcapod. He has 20+ years of experience working in management, business planning, software engineering, design & programming, operations and talent supply chain.
He has extensive experience of working in India, North America and Europe markets where he has worked from cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Toronto, Washington, New York, Boston and Paris. Prior to Orcapod, he has worked with companies like Atos, Accenture and Sapient, managing and delivering multiple projects around business transformation & technology outsourcing.
He is of the view that current models of talent supply chain have outlived its usefulness. They are inefficient and generating a lot of waste. His vision is to build Orcapod with an intent to disrupt the inefficiencies of the talent markets and to help make a company of international repute and scale.”

Asif Ghani has over 14 years of experience in E Commerce business development and management, Online recruitment and Edtech. Asif is currently the Product Head at HT Media (Shine.com). He is responsible for extensive UI revamp, search and recommendations architecture, user testing and prototyping, mobile strategy, monetization projects, machine learning & AI initiatives and strategic planning. Prior to this he was Product and Data Science Head at Angara E- Commerce Pvt. Ltd. Here he was responsible for managing complete product discovery, site navigation and post purchase modules for Angara.com which is one of the world’s leading e-tail portals for Precious and Semi-Precious Colored Gemstone and Diamond Jewellery having operations in 64 countries.
