Kashmira is a seasoned people and talent leader with over 16 years of experience across recruitment, people strategy, and organizational excellence. She has spent 11 years with Orcapod, where her journey reflects strong leadership growth and deep organizational impact.

She joined Orcapod as a Senior Associate and, through consistent performance and leadership, progressed to her current role as Vice President – People Success. During her initial 7 years, Kashmira played a pivotal role in IT recruitment, building and leading high-performance recruiting teams and delivering technology hiring solutions across diverse domains including Healthcare, Consulting, Pharmaceuticals, and BFSI. Her experience spans lateral and niche hiring, supporting complex client requirements while developing and nurturing high-value key accounts. Kashmira brings strong expertise in headhunting, talent market mapping, and workforce insights, enabling clients to stay competitive in evolving talent landscapes.

Over the past 4 years, she has been an integral part of Orcapod’s strategic leadership team, where she has led initiatives focused on process excellence, operational scalability, and organizational maturity.

In her current role, she actively partners with clients to provide market intelligence, drives intern hiring and structured training programs across levels, and plays a key role in strengthening Orcapod’s people practices to support long-term growth and delivery excellence. She is also currently involved in shaping Orcapod’s expansion strategy, including planning new growth initiatives and leading the hiring of the leadership team to support the organization’s next phase of scale.
