Joined Orcapod in Nov-2015 as Business Analyst and after working on different roles in Orcapod currently working as Head Delivery Performance. I work closely with the delivery organization across layers and ensure that everyone is on the same page and individual priorities are aligned to organizational priorities. And also to make sure that capacities are aligned to demand flow and move capacity across businesses. I keep an eye on the process Control across the organization and work with business managers to weed-out under-committed and under-performing individuals. Work with managemnt and mangers to strategize and enhance performance parameters which include profitability and return on investment.
